To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. From there, you should be able to view your chat logs. While we do our best at to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game, which you have continued to do.

This action is generally taken after repeat punishments, and this is not something we do lightly. Because of this, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

You didn't just get a permanent suspension from one game. You've had multiple other punishments before you got here. So yes, the support refers to games as you got this because of your pattern of negativity across many games across time.

I think it is likely a person but they probably have a standard script that they use and make it personal to your situation. Otherwise they would be typing lots of stuff for all of the replies they make.

The levels of punishment are: 10 Games Chat Restriction 25 Games Chat Restriction 14 Day Ban Perma Ban

You can skip tiers by being extremly toxic. I guess you had a 14 day ban before? You were warned that after your 14 day ban every little bit of negativity can result in a permanent ban for your account. Still you ignored it and kept being toxic instead of trying to improve. Not surprising that you got the perma then.
