My name is Bombadil and I'm with Riot Player Support and I'll be helping you today. Hopefully I can provide some clarity for you. Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits.

To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. From there, you should be able to view your chat logs. While we do our best at to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game, which you have continued to do.

This action is generally taken after repeat punishments, and this is not something we do lightly. Because of this, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

You didn't just get a permanent suspension from one game. You've had multiple other punishments before you got here. So yes, the support refers to games as you got this because of your pattern of negativity across many games across time.

I think they saw the part where he says "was gonna int you". TBH the rest seems pretty light and nothing that would bother me to see in game, stfu is common but while I know ppl report for it, i dont' think its that bad a thing. I don't say it though but I see others say it and i ignore it.

The bottom line is you were negative in this game, and I have a feeling your 14 day punishment was pretty recent.

If you need further clarification on the "official" reason for the punishment, keep replying to a support ticket. A person will work with you until you understand why you were punished.

You'll need to be patient. While I find it unlikely they remove the suspension, you'll still at least hopefully get an official answer as to why your logs were deemed negative.

That's the definition of a negative attitude. Game chat is for discussion of future strategy, not expressing your lack of willingness to win.

As this appears to be a validly placed punishment (you had just gotten off a 14 day ban and were still negative), it's unlikely to be removed.

Riot does not remove validly placed permanent suspensions on accounts.

Yes. As you were warned during your 14 day suspension, your next instance of negativity would be a permanent ban. You continued being negative as I identified above. Thus, your punishment was valid.

Yes. I don't know how else to explain it. Commenting on a poor performance and trying to pressure your team to give up is negative.

I don't see how you can argue that's negative.

Also. Surrenders are done by a vote, not by a debate. You aren't allowed to pressure your team to surrender - each individual makes their own determination as to if they want to surrender or not.

If it actually was several games, why didnt they include some more games in the reform card. it was obvious by the reply that there can be several games

They just haven't gotten around to program a more sophisticated reform card.

My arguement for not having a better reform card is that the developers can spend their time making a feature that is a better bang for their buck (most recently, honors system).

They probably have the data showing that a few games of example is good enough for most people to understand what isn't acceptable thus the ones that need a full reform card is a very small amount of the punished population. Which means their time better of spent elsewhere.

You can then make the arguement of hiring more developers, inwhich GhostCrawler has answered recently in a Ask Riot post (scroll down to the 2nd question).

I think it is likely a person but they probably have a standard script that they use and make it personal to your situation. Otherwise they would be typing lots of stuff for all of the replies they make.

The levels of punishment are: 10 Games Chat Restriction 25 Games Chat Restriction 14 Day Ban Perma Ban

You can skip tiers by being extremly toxic. I guess you had a 14 day ban before? You were warned that after your 14 day ban every little bit of negativity can result in a permanent ban for your account. Still you ignored it and kept being toxic instead of trying to improve. Not surprising that you got the perma then.
