Enemy team camping pool instead of hitting nexus

Enemy team has the lead and the ability to end game, but instead they wait for respawn timer to get more kills when their already fed and nexus can be destroyed. This is bm, I even ask for them to end but they bm even more. This should be reportable, there is no need to camp pool other than to irritate the other team. Also my team refuses to surrender, and there are times were the enemy team ends up suiciding just to keep farming more kills and my team believes that a comeback is possible yet they refuse to ward or even be map aware. I understand a game is meant to be played to have fun, but to go out ones way to something like this is just annoying.
