How to punish ppl, who dont´t even want to win

As it can be seen above she literally went all-in on feeding her ass off. The really sad thing was that we actually got a lane winning, which could have turned the game around, but what she did top was too much to deal with. Idk what she has been saying throughout the game because i muted her after she said some things to me... Other ppl were saying she was also toxic,, cant tell if thats true or not but i would believe that without any hesitation. What i want to stress in this post though is her ongoing feeding. If you take a look at the link and go for example on her played champions you can see that she has an average kda of 1.16, in 4 games respectively, on camille. She dies 11 times in average on camille EVERY GAME. On lee and ashe she even overcomes this score with impressive 12 deaths a game in even more games played. Would like to hear your opinions about that and maybe a rioter who can take a look at that person and send her (maybe her 2nd/3rd??) warning . Sorry for any orthographic mistake i did here. I´m still angry af, not gonna more today.
