What time of the day and week would be the *BEST* to play Ranked SoloQ?
I need advice because I want the chance of getting bad people (not people who just play bad) to be at a minimum.

Sadly, there is no true answer. I can say when I play in morning/early afternoon, things seem okay. Granted I took a break from it during the Summer Break.
Weekdays very late at night / early morning if school is in. If school is out then there isn't really an ideal time. I avoid ranked during peak hours where there is a higher chance for minors to be on.

k. so your goal is to.. find a time to play where players aren't mean? and are actively chatting?... you don't want bad players(not just people who play bad) and... you want the time to play to get the most fun out of the game...?
knowing when to play for what goal lol, you have to elaborate first. your original post says you don't want bad people, what does that even mean
