Permabanned after being hacked...

I was recently hacked and had someone play games on my account that wasn't me. When I go to log in it says I'm permanently suspended for inappropriate summoner name. I was not given any warning for my summoner name and I didn't even know it was against the rules! I've put in over $1,500 onto this account and they take it away without warning. I have enough IP for a name change but I can't log in to do that. I just think I shouldn't be permabanned for something I can easily fix and right after BEING HACKED. Any thoughts?

Yeah, put a ticket in, that sounds like they put the wrong ban reason in.

AFAIK, you can just have an inappropriate name changed.
