Harder Punishment for Ranked "Trolls"

Hi Riot - Team and LoL- Community,

in the past I had a lot of trouble with smurfs that just queued to troll their team. They also said they are not even afraid of reports, because in worst - case it would just be a temporary punishment (lower priority queue).

Now, in my opinion Riot should punish those people much harder. They ruin the players experience and in ranked it hits you even harder. Imagin you drop a division, because your tank nunu midlane just gives a ** about the team. Thats something i would not wish anyone. So here again: Riot, please try to find a way to punish trolls harder. I know you can do this and I am sure it would improve the game- experience for most of the players.
