Regarding Leaver Buster and actual punishment

Hello everyone,

To start off with a good note, I am here to relief my pent up frustration towards stupidity that is not addressed properly by dev's

First of all if any Dev's do read this thread : A small note to you, give your customer service guys a little power please. They have no powers whatsoever. LOL they can't even pass feedbacks to dev's. Its not like I am expecting much, but they seriously can't even forward a good feedback to dev's. They ask you to post on board instead. I know the reason why they do it, probably to avoid getting flooded with QQ's

The main topic :

I had a service crash in 2 of my games, Cuz of which the useless leaverbuster decided to put me into a low priority queue, instead of those thousands of people who keeps on cancelling the normal games cuz they didn't get a lane of their choice or their enemy team was "op" or whatever the 1000's of reason.

This is happening after probably 4-5 months or something but its ridiculous its 20 mins for 5 games bull shit if you ask me. They should understand that sometimes players can face unexpected bull crap every once in a while and for godsake can happen twice in a row.

Please do something good, for once Rito, Provide us with a anonymous feedback system. I don't want to give a feedback on a open board where those people that have noses bigger then their wienie can come and flame and QQ and cry over it being BS and not worth it.

My question is, would YOU pay any attention to someone who was speaking to you the way you are speaking to the developers? I know I wouldn't. In fact I didn't.

And ya you are right that's definitely not the best attitude one should follow and I don't usually right such post. until I am really pissed off.

I did put up a beautiful feedback message with all the courtesy and as such and submitted as a ticket to customer service hoping at least they would have the authority to pass it onto the dev's. But u know the reply I got.

But my question is, why would you lie ?? after reading only, you will understand that, its a flame towards the dev's / customer service, after getting that lower priority queue for seriously failing to have 2 proper games.

Dev's refused to do anything towards that long queue line on normal rift games and that new system that is flawed to the core. It takes literally half an hour to start a normal rift game so that's 20+30 = 50 mins to start one game.

Compare it with the awesome Team builder we had. That they removed to promote this shiny looking coal tar.

You can understand where I am going ? Its not like you haven't gone through that.

So why doesn't people raise their voice against it ?

Simple answer : Rito doesn't care. They have not provided us with proper feedback tool or board or something. They roll out whatever they wish to roll out. Even if it is flawed to the core.

Illaoi needed buffs- She's incredibly weak and dodgeable in laning, relies on getting fed to do anything, and relies on opponents to walk into her "zone" in teamfights. She's fine now. Proof: My last Renekton game.

100% sure you did not do it with courtesy. Also, you can ask devs on reddit and here. Customer Service isn't to vent your frustrations on a champion or ask for them to be nerfed. They are there to aid you with questions.

Objection! Each person has different experiences and different queues they are shifted in- I have experienced quite the opposite! Let us not forget negativity bias where we tend to remember negative experiences more than positive! Also, how are the devs supposed to make people want to play support without breaking the role? Support is the issue, not caused by anything else.

Team Builder? You mean wait 20 minutes for one support only for that support to leave and everyone to rage quit? Then wait 5 minutes to try and find another team, only to have someone quit and ruin the whole process? This might be negativity bias, but at least 60% of Team Builder games I played had horrible waiting times, mainly on support, and sometimes jungle.

Because not everyone hates it. If you want to be popular with your opinion, go see reddit.

Have you forgotten the mage reworks you can ask about? The Dev Q&As? The new rework Q&As? The fact they have a PBE for bug testing and the occasional check on new things (thank god Riven edge was never implemented) hurts your argument there buddy. Everything is flawed, but nothing is flawed so much it's a major error.

Honestly, this is you just being biased against Riot. Make a real argument.
