I get banned for talking shit back to someone. I didn't even start shit, but I'm the one who gets banned. How does that make sense??????

Did he force you to talk shit back? No? Then you're responsible for your own actions.

Hey there, Summoner! Your account was suspended because you used abusive language, and made a negative experience for your team. If this is a 2 week suspension, try working on muting people that are generally annoying or abusive, and not using restricted language. If this is a permanent suspension, your only way of competing on the Fields of Justice is to create a new account. Remember, suspensions are retracted ONLY if the suspension is an error, which means your account is lost forever. Hope I helped!

The mute is the best weapon we can have to "talk back". And yet people forget to use it, flame back, and get pissed for getting banned.

This is League of Legends NOT league of the karate kid.

"But he started it" wasn't a good excuse on the playground growing up, so why should it be a good excuse now?

Two wrongs don't make it right. If someone is acting negavite, mute and report instead of engaging in an argument with them.

Well.... odds are, you said things that you should not say, repeatedly?
