Bannned Account

Hey riot games and the tribunal I noticed i was recently banned i think its permanent' not to sure why as i didn't have any notice about it. After ive been doing my best not get on the bad side of the tribunal as i know my recent history is not great. I know in the past ive been a very toxic player and my friends tell me this. I have been trying my best to improve this! and i definitely have and ive noticed a big change within my teammates chemistry with me. I also spend a large amount on money for skins and champions days before my account got banned. This is a big downer for me... I ask for help how can i get my account back? or am i eligible for at least the money i spent on my account ? :/

Go to settings under your forum icon on the top right; under manage your account you should be able to see the e-mail address you put in. In any case contact support (submit a ticket). Also, shouldn't you be able to access chat logs from your client?

Unfortunately RIOT has to take a hard stance on toxicity and if they don't see immediate and complete reform they need to take action. It may be that you weren't all that bad or were getting better but it wasn't enough. RIOT's policy is also to "never repeal a permanent ban" unless it was placed in complete error (RIOT's fault) which doesn't seem to be the case.

If you can get the chat logs and post them here we can help you figure out what you did wrong.
