This guy picked AND LOCKED in riven support. As a player that dosent like to waist time for nothing and tilt for a singel person i dodge the game. Why? Because waisting 20-30 mins for a singel guy and maybe tilt because of him is not worth better just dodge and hope he will get a punishment [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] Have a nice day :)

I've removed the picture from your post. We have rules against naming and shaming other players, regardless if they're guilty of something or not.
Picking unconventional / off-meta picks are completely allowed as long as the player is actively trying to win the game without being a detriment to their team. This isn't something punishable. Try giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not everyone is a troll, and sometimes they can really surprise you. Often times it works simply because nobody knows how to go against unconventional picks.
