Its almost impossible to get someone in trouble for feeding. And in order to feed they actually have to.... you know feed?
And you SERIOUSLY think the other people in the game are so braindead they wont notice you literally abandoning your lane to chill in mine?
Not to mention im one of those people that NEVER surrender i have ample practice playing from behind. Losing some farm and playing a 4v5 wont affect my score enough for it to matter.

OK you won't massively feed but your cs will be really low and your opponent will be fed, I doubt how much you will be able to do against opponents with the same level of skill..
In team fights people sometimes have to commit and while you are committing to the 3.5 vs 5 (you only 0.5 cause you low on farm and exp) you will die sometimes, while I'm never committing and picking a kill after the fight is over will have a nice kda..
In the end you will have bad farm bad score and someone who is brain dead enough will report and flame you..

doing bad isnt reportable, you calling for reports is reportable because its listed in harassment, he number of reports in one game doesnt matter and finally your plan is stupid

The first part is self explanatory, of course. The feeding part is because if they are taking you off of your main champion, or banning your intended pick, they are reducing your team's chances to win.

The enemy team could choose Kai'sa first. It could be any champion, but I'm using Kai'sa cause she is kind of strong at the moment.
Sorry. It's also a strategy to ban a team mates pick if you think they'll do bad. Double edged sword, but not punishable. I never declare.

And you're blatantly ignoring the fact that we know that it lowers someone's winrate if you ban their intended pick. Yes, even if they have a 30% winrate with their pick.
And just because it's not punishable unto itself doesn't mean that person then won't spend the entire match looking for every possible reason to report you they can find. Little mess-ups you do that nobody would normally report you for will end up in the report.

Most people have some sort of main. Even if you're new.
Since you play your main more, you know them better than you know other champions (in general, at least). Your winrate on that champion is going to be higher than on other champions, unless that champion sucks ass and there's a super strong pick you're good on. You've directly lowered their winrate by that action alone.
And that's ignoring the fact that they're going to be pissed you banned their pick, and are consequentially going to end up unintentionally making more stupid decisions than they normally would. It's not intentional, even, it's just human nature. We do stupid things when we're angry.
Which is worse? A 0/10 Yas who's trying his hardest to win? Or a 0/13 Brand who's lost part of his motivation to play the match, and is in a bad mood?

Y'know, I doubt people would want to trade pick order positions for one reason or another. Whether it's people don't want to get counter-picked (so they don't trade into first pick) or they want to secure themselves a Champion (so they don't trade out of first pick), or any other reason in between.
How's about, instead of expecting other players, or even the developers, to try and bend everything or serve your wants, why not have back-up picks? There are a number of Champions who play similarly to Yasuo, so it can't be hard to find back-ups.

A cynical mindset would probably help more. People are naturally inclined to serve themselves above all else. Sure, there's a good handful of people who would first pick for you, but, at the end of the day, you need to be prepared for all possibilities.

I fail to see how me picking yasuo hurts my team, (considering that most of my elo is based on my performacne on him and we are in the same elo in our ranked game so my yasuo skill should be adequate to his skill lvl)
And if it don't hurt them that much, than why can't I play with him? (All the "you are not the fp the enemy will pick him" can be fixed with the ability to trade pick order, and most players prefer to pick last so they could counter pick or hide their pick so the won't get countered)

I made this suggestion because I've seen many posts from people complain that their hovered/intended pick was banned away by a teammate. Some people ban a teammates pick because they don't want to play with/against that champion, some do it by complete accident and others do it just to spite their teammates. Regardless of the reasons why common sense and reason dictates that if you don't want to run the risk of this happening to you then simply don't hover the champ that you intend to play.

a yasuo player is more of a mindset at this point, usually cocky feeders that flame the hell out of their team and the enemy team and are very very very annoying to have on either side, most people dont hate yasuo as much as they just hate his playerbase
