Why did i get a 14 day suspension?

I Thought that you can only be banned for trolling on a regular basis. I fed in game because my friend banned my champion kha'zix when I had him declared. He did this on purpose to troll me. So I had to pick riven but i was feeding not intentionally but i was doing bad. I got tilted and started inting. This ban makes no sense at all because if you check my match history i don't troll, i actually do good. This is unfair, please remove it because it makes no sense at all. I also heard that there is a 4 step system and i just went to step 3. what is this? Riot u make 0 sense.

The first two steps are for people who are toxic in chat. If you're deliberately wrecking a game, expect a harsher penalty. Even toxic chatters can skip a step or two if they're extremely toxic.

Riot has a zero tolerance policy on intentionally feeding. The punishment is an immediate escalation to a 14-day ban, which is in keeping with the other zero tolerance policies.

Well riot is not responsible for your misinformation, everything is well written in their documentation.

Oh, just for your information, now that you are on step 3, a single little missbehaviour will call the permaban hammer upon you.

same happended to me i was tilted from last game and then i wanted to play fizz so bad i wrote mid and then the other guy just instalocked so i coudn't take it (as i said i was already tilted from last game) i know that i was wrong in the situation but i know many people that intenonally feed all the time and don't get even a warning i actually fed intentionally once and got 14 suspension.I understand that im in the wrong but i would like to get ur point of view and if it was well desrved beacause i feel like we all have fed intentionally once
