So i've just been permaban and kinda wanna be open minded about this with other ppls opinion

So i've been perma ban based on 2 games + negativity and although i can say I was rude and or flamed alittle, I still don't think it was worth a perma ban

This is my chat log from the ticket I was given, and although i admit that yes I flamed/was rude alittle, I have changed alot and have been trying to get better from my last punishments. I did send in a ticket but was told that I wasn't only ban from the flaming but the negativity, and although i see where they're coming from, i still don't think it's worth the perma ban.. like people get negative every now and then and 1 or 2 negative games out of the lot shouldn't give you harsh punishments in my opinion, like i've been positive in a lot of my games more than i've been negative and the odd game i get 5 reports that's when your account gets flonked, even majority of the time you were rude in the game was defending yourself (yes you can say i can "mute" them and that's what i did after not being able to take them anymore)

But let's be honest.. in some games u can't always be positive and u have to be able to know when a games over and just ff and move on right? <removed by moderation> This is the 2nd game where my jungler was literally afk in jungle as zac, refused to gank, when he did gank he literally went into lane and died. i don't blame the top laner for his bad kda as i know what he was up against but after awhile, things got bad; my support started running it down lets say (he legit ran into the enemy team and died and if i recall he even said to ff cus the game was over), even when i said games over.. i still tried my hardest to keep us in the game but when you lose what.. 2-3 inhibs in 15 minutes... how can you say that i'm being negative and that.. THAT GAME is not over..?

Game 1 was yesterdays game <removed by moderation> Like i'm not gonna lie this is the game i was more on edge on, you've just got out of the huge loss streak and you went from decent w/l to a tilting like.. 1/15 after some time (yes 1 win 15 loses). You can probs say "well isn't that your fault?" and something along those lines but you just can't carry every game no matter how good you are... like it starts off with banter (me playing with kalista, i was joking about his spear etc) but then obviously i get abit frustrated about certain things (like how kalista runs into the bot lane while there is no vision and fiddle being called bot side).. ults me into him when fiddle ults and we both die.

I then obviously mute him after awhile but at that point im somewhat tilted and yeah i'm negative... but look, i honestly played lane well and if i could get a replay i would like to give it to you guys. The kalista not long after honestly runs it down bot 1v2 and i'm the 1 blamed for it? even the other team flaming me for "losing lane" etc... I just don't think this is just.. like you ignore them but that still doesn't make it okay.

Being negative entails more than just flaming, it's about your overall attitude towards players, criticizing, complaining, making fun of, spamming the chat, etc. You were escalated through the whole basic path. Being fully toxic just skips you through those steps and gets you to the permaban faster, but it doesn't mean that lesser negative behavior isn't punishable.

It's not about the gravity of the offense, it's about not stopping after you've been warned so many times. I assure you that the same fate comes to the players that you report which are more toxic.

I agree with him but at the same time.. i just don't think it's fair to judge on 2 games if you compare to the many that you've played. Yes I was negative, but if you literally had the whole games log... that was after the whole team literally flaming each other, losing t2 tower at like 10-15 minutes, losing 1 or 2 inhibs at like 20-25 mins or so. I have previously posted this onto a ticket and even posted my ticket with my report card onto a small gaming community on discord.. even they say that what I've said shouldn't be permabannable and that apart from being rude/flaming the small amount of times, it's normal and that I wasn't that bad... I dunno.. i just wanna know what you guys think then? and have another opinion on this...

Guess i'm kinda upset that this happened to my account on a basis i and afew other people don't justift as perma-ban worthy.

Edit: <removed by moderation> You cannot say that this kalista was not inting.. surely... and he has not been penalized... i know i got probably like 5 reports and he only got 2.. just because i was being flamed by the enemy adc and support and they didn't report him but reported me for "losing his lane"

  1. It would depend on your track record and past punishments. If you have had a 14-day ban before then this would be par for the course, because after a 14-day ban you're on thin ice and even small stuff could result in a permanent ban afterwards.

  2. Is there something negative about being french? I don't see why boosting should be associated with a particular nationality more than another nationality. Honestly this seemed racist of you.

  3. That chat log is full of a lot of negativity and a lot of giving up. Even if you didn't specifically harass another player this might have still resulted in you getting punished somehow, giving up and constantly reminding the team that you gave up is bound to create a negative experience even for the innocent bystanders (whichever teammates were not a part of the toxicity) in your games.

I think "Slave" in "Meta Slave" is still taken as an insult just like the n word because it's a computer and it doesn't care about the context, so saying slave in game may be as bad as calling someone the n word or telling him to k word

I mean fair enough i did have a 14-day ban few months before, and honestly I wasn't particularly trying to be racist when i mentioned frenchie, obviously i'm frustrated because i'm not only being flamed by my team but the enemy adc/support too. but honestly.

You just still can't justify me being negative in this 1 game to this perma-ban, look even on the kill map.. death after death after death.. he's purely inting, he doesn't survive for over a minute. he's just dies. no 1 no matter who it is would be positive after that... and @renek I don't exactly see the bad side to the meta slave bit as i wasn't directly calling him a slave.

Also kingesthorse says the same fate would come to other ppl but ik for a fact they were bad if not worse in a different aspect of negativity and they aren't ban or punished. just because I'm the 1 that got like 5 reports (3 from my team and 2 from enemy adc supp).

Edit: I pretty much tried the entire game up until they were taking the nexus... despite him dying minute after minute... and being flamed by my team..

This is punishment worthy. If you've received a 14 day ban, then naturally, the next punishment is gonna be permaban. Sucks dude, permabans are harsh af.
