Well, the thing is. I flamed a few games and ran down mid one game in low level game. I got a 25 chat game restriction and never did it again. Then you go straight to Perma ban after I reformed? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU, give me me 200 dollars back. Refunding all my money. Chargebacks.

You purchased stuff on something you agreed to the TOS of and therefore can't get your money back.

they cant just close my account for doing a few mistakes, and not even a 2 week suspension nothing. this time I win not them. just because you agree to a TOS doesn't mean they can do w.e they want. youll see.

in the TOS stands that they CAN actually whatever they want with your account, and you agreed to it. they wrote it like that for cases like this.

get over it, kid. the tos says that you didn't even own the account in the first place, you just borrowed it. you knew the risk of spending money on a borrowed account and still did it.

Riot is banning thousands of accounts a day, do you really believe they didn't think of formulating their tos right so them can't happen anything in cases like this.

You can try to chargeback, but only charges made in the last 90 days will be researched, and once Riot proves that you spent the money purposefully, you won't get a penny back.

It's not "your" $200 dollars. It's Riot's. You consented to give them ownership of it when you bought the RP. So you have nothing to "refund".

you cant do anything, you agreed to the tos in which stands that you only borrow an account and the stuff purchased and they can do with it whatever they want.

Good one kid. I can tell you bought nothing on your account. Your parents did. Also clearly you don't know any real lawyers, because hiring a lawyer would cost you much more than 200$ you idiot. Also like everyone else is saying you agreed to the TOS, its a binding contract, so any lawyer you hire will say you can't do shit. But GL being a raging pos.

If you actually do this, don't even bother reading the rest of this post.... ok let's get started: I will ask you two question and I beg you to answer truthfully, honestly and sincerely; Were you toxic? If yes, were you toxic enough to warrant skipping punishment tiers?

Judging from your post I'm going to say it's a lock that the first question is a "Yes", the second question I am unsure.... but I went through something similar where I had zero punishment level and went straight into permaban for so-called toxicity despite getting no chat logs or explanation as to what I did that was so egregious as to skip all the way to max ban. I put in a support ticket and they dropped it down to two-week suspension which is an improvement and a relief... but it does not change the fact that my case was grossly mishandled. I AM toxic, but in no way is jumping from zero to permabanned justified.

Anyway, yours might be similar but I don't have enough information as of yet. Please answer the questions... also, did you get a chat log? if so let us see your chat log.

Ok final question; Do you truly believe you were maligned? over-punished? if so put in a support ticket and make your case.

Do it in an honest and sincere fashion, don't just call them retards and expect to get your way.

got this ban before. its for spam pinging and intense verbal and harrassment. Its a rioter who banned it by hand not the system, giving it the unique code.
