So after showing everyone that i got permabanned after the stream showed them the chat log which riot supposedly found so grossly offensive as if i told people to kill themselves or called them a ni------ like people do to me in games i midly called them ignorant and what not for their abusive behaviour but this is what i get even though it's whatever Airyn Aizawa: they smited his stuff Airyn Aizawa: trist next time follow Airyn Aizawa: easy double. The issue is you can get reported for not even really being toxic like anyone who actually is decent in human relations that saw this sees it as nothing severely offensive when people were calling you racist remarks back and what not like i kept my cool and didn't bother

You were continuously negative and unsportsmanlike, as well as calling people "retards" in Spanish. It was also almost certainly not your first offense. It does not have to be permaban worthy. It just has to be punishment worthy. It's how a strike system works.

First strike - 5 game chatban Second - 25 game chatban Third - 14 day ban Fourth - Permaban

Certain things can skip tiers. It takes 3 months to drop down one tier.

First strike 10 games. 2nd is 25 third 14 and fourth perma. it does not take 3 months to drop 1 tier it takes enough games to remove your hextech restriction and about 15 after that.

It does take 3 months to drop one tier in punishment. This is entirely separate from Hextech game system. It is time related.

Hextech ban is game-related. Learn what you're talking about.

It is not a player theory.

3 months was a theory people had about regaining hextech eligability that turned out not to be the case, it is not a theory about dropping punishment tiers.

the fact is people have tested it by playing so much till their hextech elig got back and like 20 games after they even properly counted it they got back to the first offense of 10 chat restrictions in a mere month not 3.

You're consistently negative with your teammates, far beyond what is reasonable. You're actively detracting from everybody's enjoyment from acting this way. YOUR TEAMMATES SOMETIMES AREN'T GOOD AT THE GAME, but this doesn't give you the right to berate and harass them.

League punishments escalate based on punishment tiers. Assuming you've already had 10-game and 25-game restrictions and a two-week ban, you should absolutely have known better by now.

Dude, you're constantly clashing with people the entire game. I'm barely even seeing any NON-negative text in these logs. You aren't mentioning strategies or focuses. You're talking, either aggressively or defensively, about KDAs, feeding, reporting people, lack of help, nitpicking ult uses, etc. This doesn't ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING beyond simply making yourself feel better in the short term.

It's not really about being "victimized", it's making people feel bad about playing with you, which Riot doesn't want. It's that simple. You portray yourself in an aggressively unpleasant manner, and just because I'm not "triggered" by you doesn't mean I should feel good about playing with you. And assuming you're on your fourth punishment, this is something you should have realized about yourself and fixed a while back.

It doesn't have to be "severe or grossly offensive", you just have to be contributing to a toxic environment for the other players. As nep2une mentioned, there are 4 tiers of punishment that you move up. You move up the tiers as you continue to be punished for negative behavior, so for example, if you just had a 14 day ban in the past few months then if you get punished again you'll get a permaban. It doesn't require more severe offenses to move up, just continuing the behavior that got you punished the first time will do it.

Are you confused about anything I said there? I want to make sure the reason for this particular punishment tier is clear. Feel free to ask any questions.
