Plead for help - went from 0 restrictions on my account to permanently banned after one game.

I've played this game for 3 years and have never been even chat restricted before. The worst that I've done was I got leaverbuster'd a few times when I was having connection issues about 2 years ago.

Yesterday I was having a really bad day and logged in, played one game where I was extremely toxic, and within 5 minutes was instantly permabanned. I know it's my fault, I shouldn't even have logged in to play, I just ended up taking out my irl frustrations on my teammates. I'm not usually that way, and I agree I should have been punished for it.

However: the reform card contained only that one game. I realize that the system automatically escalates based on the severity of the violation, but based off of one game with no prior history of toxicity, isn't going straight permanent ban a bit harsh?

Also, I know its not a very good excuse, but part of what probably triggered the ban was a satire phrase used by the youtuber "videogamedunkey" as a reference to when he got banned. Without this phrase my chat log looks like someone that should only be chat restricted, MAYBE banned for 1-2 weeks. I realize that riot needs to take the statements at face value rather than the satire they are, but I am begging for the smallest bit of leniency given the system went all the way from no restriction to permaban in ONE game, with no prior history of toxicity

I deeply regret my actions and wish I could apologize to those summoners in my game if I could, please, is there anything you can do? I would be willing to accept a permanent chat ban, a ban of any other duration, anything.

Not only homophobic, but hate speech as well. What I don't get is how could you think this kind of attitude would not get you a ban? What did you think, that it was acceptable? Clearly someone who says these things is not going to stop saying these things, and does not deserve a place in the community, because hate speech actually has an effect on people. They basically want you out of this game and I don't disagree with them.

Bans escalate stages if your extremely fking toxic like that chat was. Sorry about your luck, but if you can't control what comes outta your mouth, bad day or not, you deserved.
