instant feedback for when people say "hurtful" words in a video game. But when someone is intentionally trolling, not trying and just ruining the game for everyone else, they rarely get punished. Its absolute bullshit. You can mute toxic players, but you cant stop someone from intentionally feeding and trolling. This system is retarded and doesnt punish the people who deserve to get punished

This is generally because most people treat any playstyle they don't like as "intentionally trolling". I took a peek through your match history and didn't find any obvious intentional feeders/trolls. There were some very off meta plays and champions, but that is not against the rules. You cannot control who other people play, what they build, or how they play. And even if they are intentionally feeding or trolling, you do not have the right to flame them for it.

Case in point, a player who frequently would AFK got themselves banned by going AFK in base and typing at their teammates:

That being said, if the behavior you describe did occur, it is punished as AFK behavior almost always, and if it rises to the level of consistent afking then is punished harder. Again, I said there wasn't any obvious trolling - that appears to be an AFK, not a troll.
Regardless, doesn't give you the right to flame in your games.
