Is LeaveBuster Too Much?

So A few days ago i got a leave buster for afking, now this thread isn't about me complaining about my leavebuster or anything but it's the fact that I can't get rid of it. Sure enough I deserved it but i have attempted about 11 times now to complete it and majority of the time I'm playing overwatch in the background waiting for queue to pop. But when i get to around the 5 minute mark my league either A. Crashes somehow or B. league of legends "removes me from the group" therefore making it so i have to restart my queue all over again and wait the full twenty minutes. Now i want this thread to be opinion based do you think the leavebuster system is too much? should we have a different punishment system? or should riot just fix the leavebuster so you can do stuff while waiting? I understand that there has to be a punishment for these kinds of offenses but when i'm waiting up to 2 hours to play one game, it gets to the point where you have to ask yourself when is it too much?

It's not too much. The fact that your league is crashing isn't a sign that leaver buster is broken, but your client is bugged. Try reinstalling it. I think, if anything, leaver buster should be stricter since so many people are dodging queues for absolutely no good reason

They did fix it recently so if you miss the afk check and re-queue you wont have to wait the 20 again.

It's really annoying, but I am glad its there. And I get leaverbuster fairly regularly.

There should be a fairly strong deterrent against consistently leaving matches
