They should get rid of the Tribunal System and stop banning accounts people are paying for

How many nerds are sitting around waiting to ban on the Tribunal?

I said a couple things pointing out something a player did way wrong, and got the automatic "REPORT ******". It's gotten out of hand. Everything resorts to reporting now, and it seems to have become a bigger trigger and distraction than anything else in the game.

If you say you're going to report me I'll just start feeding. You're already screwing me, so I might as well take you down with me.

Call me pathetic, immature, whatever you want. I remember the days when the internet used to be free and you were allowed to "talk shit". Where's the competition without a little trash talk?

This new generation of gamers are a bunch of whining justice warriors, just my two cents. If my words are affecting you, look for a game that's not multiplayer. :O

It still is, and you still can -- just not here. Private organizations and companies have ALWAYS been allowed to moderate behavior on their services, and some always have. Riot is just one of the first game companies to be as open and as vigilant about it as they are -- the concept is nothing new.

If you don't like it? There are literally THOUSANDS of other games you are more than welcome to play. :)

Where's the competition without a little trash talk?

There are still a ton of acceptable ways to engage in a little trash talk in League. A line gets crossed when you're using slurs, encouraging violence, or being abusive.

You can "talk shit" on the internet, but since this is riots game they can choose how you talk in their game(They state it in the terms of use you accepted when you made a account). Also in their terms they said that they own your account, they just let you use it(unless you get banned).

The tribunal system was gone seasons ago, they just don't take out the pregame message to psych people out. You shouldn't start feeding, it lets them select more options to report you with.

Competition with trash talk is fine, just don't trash talk your team, ya know, because they are your team and "trash talk" will affect them. Save it for the enemy team.

Um...you realize if you're feeding intentionally then you're giving them a REASON to report you, making it so that the report you get, if checked, will likely get you in trouble, whereas being reported for nothing is totally different. Also trash talk is usually done to the other team, not to your own. You're basically lowering your own chances to win by putting your teammates on tilt when they have to deal with someone who has a bad attitude. I get it, some people can be a problem, but you're just making the problem worse by trash talking your own teammates. If you JUST said something they did wrong, I'm sure you didn't get in trouble for that, you likely said something that caused your report to be warranted.

And as people said, the tribunal is long gone.

Ah I apologize, I thought the Tribunal was still a thing. That would explain the quickness of the punishment.

Also, if you're going to come on here and call me a snowflake after arguing me, aren't you being a little hypocritical?

Yes guys, I understand it's their rules, their game, blah blah blah. I'm saying I wish their rules would change and just allow open chat flow. AFK's and DC's should really be one of the only things punishable. But yes, I did accept and agree... as we all did so we could play this great game.

I feel like if there was a vote the majority of players would vote for a no report system, and/or no punishment for minor things.

You talk as if being a dick is preferable to being a justice warrior. You are mistaken.
Oh and regarding the title. Nobody paid a dime for their account. All you have to do is play to get the champs and you can even pick up some free skins through hextech crafting. If you want to pay for skins or champs or wards and then get yourself banned, well maybe you should have put some thought into how much you have paid in before you went and got yourself banned.

At least nerds are smart enough to know that there is no tribunal and you got banned through an automated system. If getting banned from playing league is affecting you, maybe you should abide by the rules. Take your ban like a man and stop being a snowflake about it.

Bans are automatic unless you trigger a manual review by being a turd or someone from Riot plays with you and decides you should be banned (Phreak did this to someone on their stream a few months ago).
