Why do the "toxic" get suspended but the trolls and feeders go free?

I love playing League, its a great way for me and old friends to connect when we don't have work. See but i have this one problem in slue of the new ranked season a lot of people had their MMR drop tremendously some people going from gold to bronze even. Now its not the drop that is necessarily bad its the fact that within that hole called Bronze there is a tremendous amount of trolls feeders etc. Now when i enter a game i strive to win like any competitive sport I've ever played, i do also look to have fun while playing, but i cant if there is players intentionally feeding or entering ques saying mid or feed or autolocking then feeding or getting into game and leaving. Now see in sports like football or basketball, if a player for instance isnt making all the best shots he's gonna get put on the bench, or if a offensive line lets a linebacker sack the quarter back people on the team start to get angry that's with anyone who is honestly trying to compete. So my question is why would you suspend the people who have an honest reason to get angry, over suspending "benching" the kids who make the game not worth playing, when all they do is tilt the game for the other team?

Legit answer, because "trolling" is such a broad term, that trying to punish people sololy on that is impossible. Some people think having a bad game is trolling, others spin tales and lie to say that one person is trolling when they might be, and one wayward case of such isn't enough to get banned.

Because Rito doesnt care. I've made dozens of posts on this and Riot has never responded. As long as they can point to a positive chat and say "only 1% of games are toxic" they wont be taking any more action. They are about money, not actually providing an enjoyable experience. I'm going to enjoy the day this one game "company" loses its customers to something better and they go under.

Toxicity can be stopped, however if someone is trolling ro intentionally feeding they don't care if they get banned

Because people are more likely to report some one that is insulting them all game long that they are to report an intentional feeder. And according to these boards every loss is your own fault anyway for not carrying so I guess most people just move on to the next game after playing with a feeder.

someone who is mad and feeds might not intentionally feed although the result is the same as when he would intentionally feed. from his point of view he is trying for a 110% and everyone else is to blame he is legitimately somewhere along the lines still trying to win the game by doing all the wrong things like

feeding yelling no counter items towards a situation that calls for something different then a all ham build

well when im trolling i try to troll the enemy team like lure them into baits get them to rage stuff like that.

anyone who trolls their own team by all my accounts is simply toxic

because riot is garbage and rather pull up chat logs and say here this is why you are banned than actually take the time to go thru troll and afk reports. they are just like yup chat log has profanity 1 mark. most of their games have profanity ban . easy and simple than actually looking at games and seeing why the are profane and calling someone out. that requires time.. which costs money.

I remember a time when there was an option to report "unskilled." It was honestly my favorite, deep down I realize it probably did nothing, but I had always secretly hoped to see someone go from like Gold 5 to Silver 3 because of a large amount of those reports.
