14 Day Ban, Riot won't tell me why

Hey guys, could you help me out?

A week ago I finished up some ranked games (won 2, lost 3) on this account. Later I sign in to find out I received a 14 day ban! Confused as to why, I contacted Riot support Player Behaviour to find out what I did wrong, thinking it must have been a mistake.

Riot Support state (in the link posted) that I was negative and toxic, which couldn't have been right I never flame my team. I'm always positive or at least shut up when I'm mad, never flame. So I asked that if they could provide me with examples (chat logs, specific games) so I could see what they were talking about.

They stated that toxicity can be more than chatting (so I can assume that wasn't the problem, otherwise they post chat logs, I knew I wasn't verbally toxic), and can include game play, but refused to tell when what games I got reported on/give me chat logs/examples/anything in order to know what they are talking about.

So I checked my past 20 ranked game history ( http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/42694966 ). Nothing seemed wrong. I had comparable stats to my team mates (Gold, cs, experience, kda). I never intentionally feed. All seemed like normal ranked games. So I asked for them to be more specific, and they closed the ticket, refusing to talk more about it.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a good player. I recently got placed into bronze 2 (did placements 2 months ago) and just got demoted to bronze 3, so I know I suck. But I shouldn't get banned just for being bad at this game. Obviously lots to improve on (I am bronze) but wow a 14 day ban?

I'm mostly worried that since Riot won't tell me what I did wrong, that my account will be permanently BANNED!!! I don't want that so I asking you guys in how I can prevent that (I knew I need to improve, I've been trying, hence the ranked!).

happened to me too, I was swiftly perma banned afterwards with no explanation.

Here is what happened, its the truth, but a lot of people are clueless and in denial about it here. I figured it out a few months ago after deal with several different CSR's and email support, then banned me without being able to provide me any reason, but instead "assured me" that they were correct and I was toxic.

You were banned simply because you get reported by other people. Riot defines that you are a toxic player, if many people submit "report" after game about you. People report you, you are toxic because you upset their gameplay, therefore you are being toxic even if you didn't break any specific rules. So even if you didn't break rules, and some teammates just reported you for blaming the game loss on you or something, you are put in the same category as intentional feeders, trolls and intentional game throwers. ** Q: But what if I wasn't toxic and didn't do anything wrong?** A: Well, the automated computer system detected that you received a lot of reports, therefore you are toxic

Q: But I didn't do anything wrong? A: Well, you offended other people enough to report you, and disrupted their gameplay so that they clicked the button to report you, so you are toxic.

Q: But I didn't break any rules? A: The system is automated, which means computers pick up reports and your acct will be flagged for ban. Its too expensive to actually pay people watch you games, also we don't save replays on all games since we don't have the technology. So, its handled by computer system which detects reports. This is the most effective and best system.

Q: But thats unfair? A: YOU MUST BE TOXIC BECAUSE YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG, WE KNOW IT YOU ARE GUILTY. HOWEVER WE WILL NOT SAY WHAT YOU DID OR GIVE EVIDENCE OF IT. YOU ARE TOXIC! STOP CONTACTING US PLEASE!

You should of got an email and also when you try to login it should also havewhat you did wrong before it closes on you. Thats a fact as I have been punished with a totally derserved 14 day ban before.

Bronze, knows they aren't a good player, AND not toxic?
