It is probably a factor.

As I mentioned in my comment, before this interesting piece of information was revealed, Riot is able to track accounts by IP address.

If they find that this account was accessed via the same IP that was used to access other accounts that have been confirmed as shared accounts, they can absolutely ban an account for this reason alone.

His childish behavior may have simply drawn attention to the fact.

Boosted accounts and players 2nd+ accounts are more likely to receive harsher punishments if they've received punishments prior You don't know the history of the account you bought, it could have already been at the point of no return for punishments and you set it over the edge.

it's usually the "tough guys" like you that end up getting banned pretty fast imo. you can go ahead and say whatever you want irl, but you seem to have forgotten that in order to launch and play this game you had to click accept on rules and terms, which happens like... every patch or so? There's a difference between just criticism and constructive criticism. I'd guess the latter being an unfamiliar concept to you. Also even IRL sports have rules that everyone has to follow. you are no exception. nobody is an exception. When exceptions are made, it is often due to dirty deals, favoritism, or personal gain that ruin the sportsmanship of the game.

People have enough shit to deal with IRL. they come here to play a game not put up with your additional shit :) plus if the game was making you toxic, I think it's good to step away from it. A game should be fun and entertaining for the person playing it. If it's causing you discomfort or dissatisfaction, then you should step away.

Without chatlogs it's hard to tell what the problem was. But fresh accounts are typically judged a little bit more harshly just for situations just like this one, where permabanned players that have learned nothing from their previous permaban just make a new account and exhibit the same behaviour that got them permabanned before. Just because you make a new account doesn't mean you get four new chances to exploit.

Shape up or stay banned.

When you connect to Riot's servers they are able to identify your IP address which is basically your home address relative to your Internet Service Provider.

If you have had previous accounts that have been banned that accessed via that IP address, and you exhibit similar behavior, they are likely to escalate the process because it is very likely that you are the same person who is trying to work around their ban.
