Tribunal/report system is a complete fail.

Can somebody please explain to me how I have an account banned for 14 days due to having to put up with 50 minutes in game of a premade group of trolls shit talking me and I say one thing back because they pushed me to breaking point, as I'm sure anybody else would have. Yet I have screenshots of them threatening to rape my child and talking about how they fuck kids and being racist. Reported them straight away yet here we are a few weeks later and they're still unpunished and playing. Games fucking stupid when it comes to player punishment and needs some human attention instead of all being done by computer just to cater to over sensitive little kids who need an online safe space.

The punishment system works in tiers.

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day ban
Perm ban

Anything that can get you a chat restriction can earn you a 14 day ban or a perm ban. Extreme cases of toxicity (Death threats, hate speech, etc etc) and trolling can skip you right up to the 14 day or even a permaban.

Asking for reports is considered toxic, since it only takes 1 report from you to flag the game for review. More reports don't increase the chances for punishment.

To be honest mate i'm completely with you on this, just also got a 14 day ban after being reported by a 4 man premade who flamed me all game, i retaliated once (didn't swear) just simply said, "maybe help me at top then" and BOOM - Reported and banned, systems broken, i wont ever type another message in game when im unbanned
