Exp bots on cop vs AI games

Aright first I'm not sure if its right category. Recently i started leveling my account on EUW , obviously i dont want to grind normal games only so I played some cop vs AI. At first I wasn't sure they could just be bad players, but when I saw two "people" walking at eachother between two turrets and occasionaly running it down mid, I tried talking and no response. It happens every game so its basically a plague now. I played with three bots in my team last game o.O. Its a very clever bot thoe , he uses skills and fights enemy bots but to make game longer for more exp , they back under two turrets and walk out of there only when the enemy bots are near. I mean 100% im not the only one who noticed that , you can say who cares its just bot games dont play them, oh well sometimes I want to just chill on bots and get that 30 missing exp . I feel like its a matter that should somehow be solved, its very uncool to level for someone whose doing nothing. Sorry for any grammar mistakes etc. item 2050 item 3070
edit: I just saw how many post regarding this matter is here o.O

yea it's pretty normal even up at level 30 and silver+ mmr, and sometimes the cheeky shits take their homemade bots into normals and hope for the best.

I'll play maybe two bot games a day, just to play around with different ideas or to snare an easy first win of the day, but I can tell you that these bots are everywhere. I get them in every, single, game....

I'm especially fond of the games where all four of my teammates are feeding mid. While I can still pull off winning these disasters, thanks largely to experience and the knowledge that one BF Sword makes you fed against bots, I see this whole situation as a huge problem for people who may not have the same level of ability. I can easily see someone getting trapped with 3 or 4 feeders and having no real way to fight back against super-fed bots.

Until Riot does something, I can only offer you two pieces of advice. Pick Champions you are decent enough with to CS well and comfortable enough to get kills without putting yourself in grave danger. You don't need to push the action, just collect what you can until you are strong enough to fight back. It's actually really good practice for handling getting blown out in actual games, because it does happen.
