i just got done talkign to a riot employee in how i was chat restricted in my response to racists and toxic players in a game. they made any excuse to justfiy my chat restrictions in response to other racists players and told me that you cannot encourage reports for racists players because it takes away from teh game and you will be chat restricted. here is my match's chat.

here is my apparently massive negative behaviour for the first game that i apparently cannot tell people "gg report draven" because that is part of the reason of game one why i was chat restricted.

if you tell toxic people they're bad for being toxic you will also get chat restricted. obviously you cannot see their chat here. but i have some of it for you in pregame and end game screenshots.

riot told me in game you try to get people to report others that gets you chat restricted.

riot told me in game two if you respond to racism in chat and tell them they're bad you also get chat restricted because you can't respond to these people despite the fact that the two screenshots above are just two of many many many instances of racism/toxicity/among other things that are said on a daily basis to me in this game but you can't respond to that or you get banned.

this system needs to be reformed and changed. despite the fact that riot themselves said they look at the game and what was said was terrible. that they can't tell me if anything happened to them and that i would be chat restricted even if it was the "lightest punishment possible"

i want change.

In addition to the report calling, you also refer to other teammates with "ur bad" and you threaten to afk. If you take out those lines and the "toxic adc" lines, you really seem like a positive player in your first game. Frankly, a large amount of your chat in the second game seemed negative.

4 reports don't count more than 1 report. A report is a boolean flag. If a player is reported, that game is reviewed.

If you turn the tv on to channel 39, you don't need to do anything else for it to be on channel 39.

Yelling out the window that you're watching channel 39 doesn't make it more channel 39. Using the TV remote number buttons to change it to channel 39 doesn't make it more channel 39. Using the TV guide function to change it to channel 39 doesn't make it more channel 39. Using your phone app to change the channel to 39 doesn't make it more channel 39. Having your friend on the couch change the channel to 39 doesn't make it more channel 39.

Your report does everything that is needed for the IFS to review someone's game. No need to say it in chat. No need to ask for others to report.

I got 2 week ban for retaliating against highly toxic players, just gotta mute cuz rito aint gonna play "who said what first", there is not enough resources. Also asking for report was always against the rules, its likely pointless and basically just serves as a way for people to vent their frustration verbally.
