Why was my account Permanently Suspended

Well this morning I was playing league from around 4-7 am EST. I was duoing with someone andlost 2 or 3 games cant remember how many games I played. Moral of the story is the people in my team were aggrevating me, but I don't think I went to the point of toxic level where I should have been suspended. yes I did say things but not hurtful things. For this whole season I'm almost positive I didn't get a single complaint and if I did it was from someone that I was losing the game intentionally for us. and I probably said somethings that the whole team was thinking. Also my suspension could be because I would leave the game, which in all fairness my league would crash out of nowhere and my oven doesn't process the load screen as fast as everyone else. But during ingame its fine. So yeah I just need some explanation as to why I was permanently suspended even after just tossing in a huge amount of $$$ about 2 days ago and my is just sitting there.

Edit: Well I have not gotten a single chat restriction, last time I got one was around middles of last year and that's it I got it once. didn't get it a second time never have had my account suspended or anything I have videos of me playing that sums up 22 hours of play time. ill post them soon

For general behavior issues (toxicity), there are 4 steps of punishment that go in order;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

If you had a 14 day account ban recently (in the past 3 months) then it doesn't matter what the offenses were, if you kept doing it and triggered a punishment you'd get a permanent ban. If you didn't have a 14 day ban last time, Riot does give escalated punishments for severe offenses such as hate speech and death threats.

If you think the punishment was in error you can submit a Support Ticket. The punishment should have been accompanied by an email explaining what the ban was for (sometimes it's just a chargeback or your account was compromised), and if it was for chat offenses should come with a Reform Card if the punishment was dealt by the automated system.

If you're honestly not sure about your suspension, put in a support ticket, as the Terror of the Deep Naminita has posted. There's a chance it's a billing issue if you just bought RP not long ago. If it was for toxicity, you'll also get the chat logs that triggered the suspension in your inbox.
