I was Keylogged which led to my account being perma banned Help!

So over a year 1/2 ago i was a keylogged/ratted if you dont know what that means basically i was an idiot downloaded something i shouldn't have "free RP" xD and that basically gave them all my info anything i typed they saw stole money from me stole psns emails league account so at the time i was just recovering like a normal person not knowing i was keylogged so what would happen is id get my account back then theyd hack it back again almost instantly i did this 3 times and after the 3rd time riot responded with your account has been perma banned and this is final. so its been over a year now do you guys think they can help me? if i explain to them about the rat situation.
