A follow up from my poor post about "flaming shouldn't be a reportable offence"

I'd add a link yet I somehow can't find the post.

However to the meat of it, I made a post that wasn't made very well and basically I was saying people flame-critic players using insults and stuff due to there being what I have come up with the lazy crack phenomenon.

It goes like this: Guy is doing something someone don't like. The guy is watching him do this over and over. They are getting pissed why is he doing this. This all builds up inside this person cause their not communicating to tell that person what they would like them to change so they can resolve it like calm individuals. Instead when they eventaully die in game cause of this or something happens to make them crack they burst out in a fit of rage in the chat. This leads to many bad possibilities and the only positive is that maybe that person thats pissing them off picks up that critic and stops pissing them off so the conflict is resolved. This rarely happens as the other person generally don't respond. This creates the you vs me type thing with the individual that got tilted and started flaming cause their not acknowleging them at all. I can go on and on. You get the point. People don't resolve simple issues in chat and therefore t builds and can lead to fits of rage. People don't have any right to flame but if riot implemented the voice communication then people can resolved these issues quickly and HAVE WAY WAY LESS disagreements. Not only that they can finally recongnise its another human being which goes along way to avoid conflict which you see in the chat.

This phenomenon has caused what I call the "split political views 50/50 phenomenon" sounds retarded but hear me out. People nowadays in US are spit 50/50 on demacrats and republicans. So theres potential to argue about differing opinions all the time with anyone you meet. So it creates some sort of hostility in that sense and you get people being defensive like its us vs them. This doesnt happen in person but online it does. People talk with everyone defensively, keeping to them selves as if their going to be attacked at any moment by the oppisite side and expect the worst in everyone if they dont even know their political stance. Same goes for solo q, people think everyones shit on their team and expect nothing from them. Not only that everyone plays selfishly as if its on them to do it all cause they cant trust anyone else on their team. Well I say why should it be like this, can't we just talk to each other instead of assuming the worst. Well because no one can talk without using a chat that is so incredibly primative its beyond me. BTW I dont mean everyones like this but the idea of elo hell is frowned upon cause you should only focus on yourself and I agree but to what ends should you have a pre concieved motion of your teamates doing nothing.

So my plea to riot games is add voice communication to solo q, people can talk and share ideas rather than just play. Its stupid to make it like this just cause there will be a 10% of toxic experiences and thats may estimate from when I would play other games and league tournaments. 10% is being harash. The 90% of experiences can be fun, rewarding and informative. Aswell as people flaming each for disagreements in strategy and play would all out disappear. Like in other games I would play well sometimes in desting scrim and I'd get someone in chat talking to me like "yo bro how do you do that" In game cause we would be in a chat just talking throughout the game. I ask you when was the last time someone genuinely asked for help in league in terms of buiidling or strats in game chat. This has disappeared cause no one comes in to solo q with yes my teamates yes they come in its all on me to do well so no one flames me, im not the reason we and I can carry my shit team. Thats the mentality they come in with cause why not. As far as im concerned no one I play with is human. I just want a time when I can lead my team and tell boys we can win if you follow my lead or a guy telling me do this do that and then me discovering a new way of playing. Instead of getting tilted with everyone and people crying left right and centre.
