Stuck on honor level 2 with no penalties received (Not a rant)

I know this sounds like a rant at first , but just hear me out for a bit. I would just like to know why I have not received my honor level 3 yet while I haven't received any penalties such as : Chat ban / low priority queue / temporary ban etc. Not to mention , I haven't even gotten a warning about me being reported or anything. I play quite a bit , a minimum of 4 up to like 12 games per day , and I get honored at least once (not by a premade) 85% of my games , honored twice in like 30% and sometimes even 3 and 4. I have people i know that play way less , tend to be more toxic and get reported a lot more and yet they have been level 3 for like 2 weeks now.

I am not asking to receive level 3 honor , I just want to know if there is a specific reason I haven't gotten it yet , and if so I would like to know that reason. If I didn't get it because i got reported for some reason , I would like riot to be more transparent about it as I have not received a single warning ever since I started playing league when it comes to toxicity.

Unfortunately no one can give you a straight answer because we're all kept in the dark about the way the honor system works. All I can say is keep at it and you'll get it eventually!

The game decides when it is time for each player to level. I didn't even feel I played a lot when I had hit level 3. I think I'd been doing maybe 3 games a day and then BAM "You're level 3" popped up. So it just takes time, you'll get there soon enough.

I play a ton as well and get a fair amount of honours but I'm still level 2 But the thing that gets me is that just over a week ago I introduced a friend to the game and he's already hit level 3

I played 1000+ games on my main account, no restrictions. Honor level 2. I played 10 placement games on my smurf and I got Honor Level 3 ... I dont' get it...

Oh, so it's still that cancerous system when it's complete wank when you have heaps of games played... i've had tons of honor yet new accounts get it much quicker. Last system was the same, if you had heaps of matches already on your account it was near impossible to get banners

I got over 20 key fragments, haven't been punished yet I haven't received my lvl 3
