Advice on how to deal with these type of people. (See below)

All day ive been getting people that dont care to communicate or have any kind of teamwork because its "just norms",

lately all ive played is ranked, but i decided to start practicing and refreshing myself on champs in normals so it wouldnt affect my lp if i did bleh, but for the past couple days its been just about every game where people give up or dont even talk to figure things out,

this one game i just had the score was 27-8 with me having 6 of the kills as teemo, i was 6/6 then ended the game as 6/10 because my jg said he "doesnt gank for teemos", i know ppl hate teemo but even so, thats ridiculous. and we could have potentially won early on but he refused to gank when i was ahead at 3/1.

How should i respond to people like this, or should i report, or just play out the game and ignore it?

I know the feeling. There's nothing you can do unfortunately. Reports don't work since he wasn't really bm'ing or verbally abusive. You can troll for the rest of the game but then you usually lose; punishing him requires punishing yourself. You can afk but then you automatically lose and definitely get reported. You can still try to win but then he gets away with his poor behavior. There's no way to talk sense into people who won't listen. Especially on online games. There's really nothing you can do; reports don't work, trolling or afking hurts you to, and if you just win he doesn't learn. Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

I think you need to just focus on yourself. Try to be valuable to the team.

The way I see it, you need 1 of 3 types of games:

Long game. Trolls get tired of afking and eventually get full items. Close game. Probably the most fun. Stomp in your favor. Everyone likes an easy win.

As you see, all of those are easier if you are playing your best.

if the other lanes are struggling, you should try to make use of your lead and roam.
