My win rate has gone up a shit ton since i got a 25 game chat restriction. i communicate even better using only pings and i cant be tempted to rage at my teammates because i cant. Please permanently chat restrict me so i can get into masters. I would love you long time.

Or, you could exercise a little restraint and not need a chat restriction of any tier. It doesn't matter if your winrate shot up during your 25-game CR or whatever else, you're expected to obey the rules, not have Riot coddle you with band-aid solutions to your behavior.
It's your job as a player to show restraint and behave properly during League matches - and honestly, it doesn't take much restraint at all to just not type.
