Reason for my ban?

Hello. My account was just suspended and I don't know why. I have not received an e-mail and I'd just like to know what happened. I was accused of cheating in a recent game and I was contacted by a few boosting sites to buy a boost. I never bought or used any boosts or cheating programs. I did visit the sites.

I was banned a month ago for toxicity and I have been much less toxic (or at least I think so) since the ban was lifted. Please let me know what the ban was for and what I can do to appeal it , if anything.
