Reason for my ban?

Hello. My account was just suspended and I don't know why. I have not received an e-mail and I'd just like to know what happened. I was accused of cheating in a recent game and I was contacted by a few boosting sites to buy a boost. I never bought or used any boosts or cheating programs. I did visit the sites.

I was banned a month ago for toxicity and I have been much less toxic (or at least I think so) since the ban was lifted. Please let me know what the ban was for and what I can do to appeal it , if anything.

Okay, you need to go to the Riot support page and submit a ticket. My guess is it is a shield ban. Basically some suspicious activity may have happened and they want to verify ownership.

Things to note: It may take 2-3 days to get a message. Do NOT bump your ticket, it will send it to the end of the queue. If you get impatient, consider searching your support site for live chat (not sure if possible for your region.) Finally, be prepared to answer questions about your account; like first champion bought with rp.

Thank you for the suggestion! The issue was resolved swiftly thanks to the support team. My account is back to normal again and I have reset the password.
