Undeserved Chat Restriction

So i logged in today to see I have a 23 fame chat restriction. I have had a restriction before, as I did flame a game but have since stopped. Either way yesterday I played a game where a kennen was trolling and dying on purpose. Apparently I got reported and now have a ban as a result. Below is a copy fo the chat logs.

It doesnt seem fair that I get a ban for this. Yea it was a little negative but we had a troll on our team... So when I get a troll I cant leave the game, I have to wait 20 min at the least to surrender and apparently you cant talk to them either. Pretty upsetting tbh.

I mean you are provoking him when you acknowledge what he is doing. Which is basically the point of someone who wants to troll. You give them the spotlight when common sense just tell you to mute the person. Also while I wouldn't say this is a bannable offense it does deserve some type of punishment which I feel a chat restriction would do. Next time actually play the game instead of spending most of your time chatting with a troll you are only giving them more attention than they deserve!

what do you mean thats punishable? ken had lost 8 games in a row. he said theres a reason why. i said is it becuase u play ken support then he intentionally fed.

how is that punishable?

You're expected to be the better person in these situations, not make the situation worse. "They started it!" or "But others were worse" are excuses, and you alone are expected to take responsibility for your actions.

As you mentioned in your post, you've already been warned once with a 10 Game Chat Restriction for flaming. Gaining punishments causes reports to be weighed more heavily against you, requiring fewer offenses to trigger the next punishment to be handed out.
