Am i being punished?

My honor was reset to level 1, however i have not seen any prompts or notices explaining why it was reset? i submitted a ticket but i have gotten no response. Is there a way to see if and why i am being punished if that is the case?

EDIT: There are no other issues, no chat restrictions or bans of any kind just reset honor if that helps.

Have you played games since seeing this? If you have played less than 10, try logging out (complete sign out. Not sure how staying in reacta with reform cards yet); and signing back in for a reform card.

Otherwise you gotta wait.
