You're raging in all caps at your teammates, calling them inters, worthless, calling out their scores, and just generally beefing with them all game.

Regardless of the context, this behavior is unacceptable and that was made clear to you through your prior punishments. You chose to disregard the message that said "Any continued negativity will result in a permanent suspension" and this was the result, sorry. There's not much else to be said here.

i typed in caps because my hole team was flaming me and calling names i cant show what they were saying but it was way toxic even telling me to kill my self so

It was also for a negative attitude for giving up, calling for reports, saying support is inting (granted he said the same to you, but that doesn't mean you should act like them), and KDA shaming.
