my account banned for no reason

so i was playing new champs that just bought in normal games, against patina gold and silver, of course i will be bad as hell because im just level 24, so all team reported me, and now im banned for 14 days. is that ok? like for community to ban people who is learning game and why this balance is so bad, like 4 games finished at 15 min and all people wrote in chat Ty riot
