I know I was talking trash in a few games but a lot of it was directed at my friends and we say things back and forth that might not be the most appropriate but I'm not that toxic and don't deserve a permban.

chat logs dont lie but when you talk trash with friends and people take it the wrong way when i get reported by 4 people each game
The point of your prior punishments was to let you know that your behavior has been unacceptable. No insults or negativity in chat. It's not okay, under any circumstances where you're not in a 5 man team. And even then your teammates can still report you.
You only get a maximum of 4 chances. This was your last one, you ignored the prior punishments, so you get perma'd.
I was banned for 2 days and then ban for 2 weeks then perma
How many chances do you want? Everyone gets 2 chat restrictions, a 14 day ban and then a permanent ban. Obviously you didn't learn after your third strike so you got permanently banned. Seems pretty reasonable to me.
Also, no one is going to believe you if you don't post your reform card with the chat logs.
