Chat Restriction

So I just came off a 10 game chat restriction (for flaming an intentional feeder). Not saying I didn't deserve the chat restriction, but the intentional feeder was not punished, which makes me believe that bad language is frowned upon more than someone who intentionally ruins a game. I think it's reasonable to get upset when someone ruins the game ON PURPOSE. But that is besides the point. Since I just came off the chat restriction, I'm sure my account is more likely to get another chat restriction if it happens again. So, I told myself I would try to avoid confrontation to not get this restriction again. Then I played a game with a party of 3, who didn't like my game style, so they would flame me. I'm 100% sure that one of the three (the mid veigar) would have gotten a chat restriction if he was me, but of course, theyre a party and since he only received 1 report, and I was reported by the 3, I was given a chat restriction AGAIN, and he was not reprimanded. I might have said the word "FUCK" twice, once not directed at anyone, one at the mid veigar (saying youre toxic af). I really don't believe I should have been given a chat restriction for this case, but I can't even submit a ticket to the support because I can't log in (it signs me out when I try to log in).
