Nothing besides something at the end of season that will probably be better than level 2-3.

At least they said that there will be rewards at the end of the season, since honor gets reset to lv2 every season.

I think they initially said that Grey Warwick was only unlockable at levels 4 or higher and Medieval Twitch was unlockable at level 5, but once people started getting Honor Capsules on the Boards I heard a few people say that they got Grey Warwick and/or Medieval Twitch, so that's not the case anymore. I don't even see where they initially said Honor Levels 4 and 5 unlocked those Skins so I'm pretty sure either they edited the articles with that information or I have a terrible memory.

That's what I wrote. I think Riot previously intended to have them drop from only level 5 Capsules but they decided to change it and have them drop from any Honor capsules, then edited anything that said that Medieval Twitch would drop from only level 5 Honor Capsules and Grey Warwick would only drop from Level 4-5 Honor Capsules.
