DDoS'd In A Ranked Game

So very recently, I got DDoS'd during a League of Legends ranked game. I know I was DDoS'd, because I was in a Skype call with friends who were in the game. We all got disconnected from the game, but none of us got disconnected from Skype or any other internet service. For whatever reason, I cannot logon to the Riot Website to create a support ticket. I reported all the players at the end of the game for cheating (DDoS), and I have all the names of the players. Is there anyway these players could get banned, or at least I could get a loss prevention? This situation is seriously making me think about quitting League of Legends for good. Any help is much appreciated :)

i dont think you know what a ddos even is. if what you described happened, then they ddosed riots servers. if they ddosed you, you'd lose all your connection.

Not a DDoS, just a shitty Riot server

Don't just instantly assume it was a ddos. Lots of people seem to be having this issue. Most likely is an issue with Riot's servers.

I got d/c'd as well. spiked to 900 ms ping, then D/C twice. Then an insanely long login queue item 3070 item 2049 item 3070 item 2045 .

Riot's servers are having a rough day. It was (probably) not a DDOS.

GL!

You mistake yourself for someone important that people care enough about to actually target you for a DDoS. Get over yourself.

Ok, so I may have been a little quick to jump to conclusions, but is there still anyway I could get a loss prevention if it was an error on Riot's servers?

Something's up with the servers right now, as I noticed when spectating friends a few minutes ago.
