Temp Chat restricted, yet no punishment (possibly) for the persons who drove me to it?

First off, I want to say that Riot is not to blame for anything here, it just seems the whole "you've been reported by x amount of people so therefore you get a chat ban" can be abused by people with malicious intent.

I used two bad words in a very frustrating game last night. The derogatory bundle of sticks word, and the "S" word for poop.

I was on a team of Ziggs, which was picked by majority... a 4 man premade team of trolls.

Ziggs's w can set your own teammates up for a death, which is exactly what my team did, they intentionally used W to launch teammates into horrible positioning to intentionally feed/lose the game.

The 4 man premade team i was on had 2 people with the clan tag "wef3d" and they even admitted they were intentionally feeding when i called them out on it. However since they got on the good side of one of the members of the other team, the 4 of them and the 5th person (the other team) decided to gang up on me and report me for being mad they ruined the game i was in.

I want justice, i was out of line with my chat (two words) and i accept my 10 game restriction, but i have never once intentionally ruined a game for another person, and they used worse language than i did at times.

My first account i spent about $500 USD on skins and other stuff of my hard earned money in my off time while serving the US Navy. I was permanently banned for cursing, which, personally i do not understand, since you have to manually turn off the language filter. (but that is another matter, and it happened during the ever so controversial "Tribunal")

Riot please do the right thing and punish this "clan" of intentional feeding trolls.... i dont get many chances to play League of Legends anymore, im a father with a full time job, and am going back to school again.... the little amount of time i get to play is precious to me, as i am sure it is to many others. People who intentionally ruin games are worse than people who curse.

Your poll is dichotomous (obviously) but completely unfair since you are not providing your own chat logs. You absolutely 100% did not receive any punishment for saying %%% once and that's it. For instance, cursing is not against ToS. Cursing AT teammates is, though.

It definitely sucks to be chat banned for that game. I don't personally agree with it, at least with the information you've provided so far.

I disagree with a large amount of the way Riot issues punishment and I try my best to make my voice heard. Until we see some change within Riot though I suggest just muting everyone when you play and try not to worry about the games you lose to miscommunication.

tldr, but i'll just respond to your title.

Riot is looking to improve behavioral visibility, so you'll probably get to see more of what your reports are doing in the future. We'll probably get it after the new client is release.

That being said, you get punished for your consistent behavior. They will get punished for theirs.
