Why is this acceptable?

I'm just frustrated. I get mad, I do, I tilt, I flame, but I NEVER quit games. I never afk. I never int feed. I just lose my temper at people trolling and I feel as if Riot doesn't care. It's a learned action because nobody seems to get punished for it. This is the type of stuff that is acceptable. Look how long it took T1 to get banned and the HIGHEST level of league of legends. This guy calls me a fg, n**r, an autistic cut, and for absolutely no reason. He lost lane and just started flaming me in all chat, so I muted him and played. This was the after game lobby, and he's right, Riot doesn't care because it's after game, they can't track it. I checked earlier today, he's played 3 games today.

I'm perma banned for saying "f**k you vayne, this game is SOLELY on you" (I don't use racial slurs directed at anyone) at the end of a game I poured my heart and soul with 3 other people into trying to win while she did nothing in a ranked match and the game got completely hopeless. She fed, didn't group, didn't communicate, and the other team then refused to end becasue they're fed and that's hilarious, it's a free win so why should they care?

Be consistent.

It's infuriating to lose an account I have put SO MANY HOURS AND SO MUCH MONEY into, over some bad words. We're adults, not children. If I have never done ANYTHING gameplay wise I don't understand why there isn't a perma chat ban option instead.

It's off topic, point is, I'm just frustrated and disappointed that directed hate speech, with proof, amounts to nothing. I mentioned it to the support and all I got was "he must have been having a real bad day to say stuff like that"

You know what? So was I. Yet guess who's still playing. Can you really compare saying fuck to saying things like you autistic cnt, n**r, fg, etc?

When people were permanently chat banned Rito claimed that they used other ways of toxicity, like inting and trolling. At this point instead of banning them for trolling and inting (they don't do this except if you buy 6 tears), they decided to remove this way of punishment, and go for permanent bans. Yet the original trolls and inters are still roaming around.

This is what happened, do NOT try to find logic in it, probably there isn't. (Except if its worth for them to ban ppl, so they will start a new acc and spend more money. As you can see from the Tyler1 case, Rito is only motivated by money. So I would bet on this explanation)
