Riot please listen to what I have to say

I recently came back from a vacation and I played some games and 2 games in a row i was forced to carry and I couldn't because my mechanics were off, so I got flamed, and then i flamed back. I know I'm not supposed to but I cant just watch people flame it bothers me and if i don't say something i get tilted, so I flamed. Next game the same happens. The last game I have a morg with fervor as supp and that flames adc lvl one then adc dies and flames harder. Then i get ganked and somehow there's no pressure so i lose tower so I'm already kinda tilted, but then i get flamed by all teammates except my rammus. So i flame back, and long sotry short I get prema banned. I just want to know if I can get unbanned and then PERMANENTLY have no chat for a whole year. I honestly feel that this will completely obliterate my flaming habits, by turning them into ones that are simply not talking. Please consider I have a passion for LOL but have problems that I believe are holding me and my teammates back. P.S. if you cannot permantely turn off my chat if you;d unban my account I have a great idea as how to stop flaming, only play when in a good mood, and don't play when tired. I do believe i can improve if you give me a chance i can not change as a person, but change my mindset. Please consider this I truly think that I can improve for the best. -Walsparthesecond

Unfortunately Riot never rolls back a permanent account ban unless it is found to have been applied too severely or in error. In order to determine the former we would have to see the chat logs in question, as well as your punishment history: if you have escalated up through the system this is almost CERTAINLY not a case that will be reversed.

Riot has also tried permanent chat restrictions in the past, and found they were not reliable enough to implement. I believe [but cannot confirm] that their opinion is something along the lines of "if this player is simply unable to communicate without exhibiting toxic behavior, we would rather they simply not be a part of our community."

You always had the option to remove your chat every game its called /mute all. Or yo7 can simply move the chat box off screen.

Toxic accounts ate not unbanned. If you reached the Perma banned status it means you were either recently punished with a 14 day suspention prior to this. Or your flaming was so bad that you skipped the punishment system and went straight to petma ban.

When you get punished with a chat ban or a suspention that is Riots warning to you. It means your account is being reported almost every single game and you are in real danger of being removed from the community if you dont change your ways.

Sadly you choose to ignore these warnings. And it has cost you big time.

One or two games does not get you banned unless you were flinging around hate speech and death threats. Being reported in a majority of games does. So you need to take this banning as a harsh but valuable lesson.

What you did is unacceptable by community and by Riot standards. You were told this and you knew this but you continued to exibit this unacceptable behaviour at your own risk and this is the final punishment.

You can still reform yourself and become a better player by making a new account and starting over, because as it stand that is the only path left for you in the LoL community.

Best of luck on the road to reforming.

Your 14 day suspension just expired and you did manged to get banned the first day after that?

Seems you haven´t learned anything in this 14 days. Ban is deserved.
