Does riot take business pitches? I am a believer that riot's banning system is extremely flaud and needs fixing, that being said I know riot is too proud to fix that! Has riot ever thought about introducing an idea of "account insurance?" It could go something along the lines of pay $20 for a lifetime insurance that your account CAN NOT be perma banned or banned for an extended period of time, BUT the account can be PERMA CHAT RESTRICTED. This way you can't lose your account with all the time put in and have to create a new account and go through the suffering of getting ip rebuying rp and skins and getting to level 30 again etc. The perma chat restriction could be upgraded from a normal one that is perma but you can't send the 3 messages and gaining more, you can send none, except /r to friends. You SHOULD be able to talk to friends with no restriction if you are doing a preset ranked 5, ranked 3s or even normal, just disable all chat. Finally, implement an autochat system. Runescape used to have something along this lines. You could click a bubble that has autochat in it. For example you could have basic responses in it that could be used to your team or all chat similar to what bots say at the beginning and end of games. Responses could include: "yes" "no" "gank please" "run!" "brb" "back" and more that I don't feel like listing. If you did something bad maybe "Im sorry" "my bad" something good could be like "nice job!" or even "rekt ;)" Hope to hear back from you, sick of being banned for stuff I totally disagree with being banned for :D
