Riot locked my account as a protective measure

I just got back into lol maybe, a month ago, to find my name reset and no evidence of me ever playing a game. Anyways, i play a few days, get a 14 day ban for being a bad boy, then i start playing again. One day after finishing a miss fortune game it says i have been banned and client closes. I ask riot what happened, and they say they have seen unusual activity on the account. It could be me since i havent played in years, but they dont give me the account back and make me go through some huge process. They ask for things like the first champions i ever bought, and the email i used back in season 1. I answer most of these questions, but they keep asking and I dont remember things. Upon inspection of my match history there hasnt been anyone other than me playing games, i only told a few friends i was getting back into lol, none of which would know my username that i created before i even met them. I just want to play league, why is riot so hard to deal with.
