Riot Pls Let Us Report in Champ Select

I can't remember all the times that I had to either dodge or feel like I was going into an already bad game due to my teammates in champ select. Also I can't be the only one who loses a game due to Teemo supp but is forced to stay because I can't dodge in my promos? Again, I can't help but feelbad that in almost all other large games or even small multiplayer ones, that there is always the option to report a player before and after a game. Hopefully the rest of the community shares my concerns.
