So I've got two questions. I got a 20 min. leaver buster from playing a bots game just because my computer shut down. Why did I get it? I mean come on it's not even PVP! And why 20 min. shouldn't it be less? I mean I haven't gotten a single leaver buster in a long time. I thought the time would diminish because of your "sportsman like behavior" for not getting leaver busters. Can someone please explain.

The only game mode that Leaver Buster does not apply is in Custom games.

If you have a 20 minute wait, then you have had to leave a lot of games. It will take around 75-100 games without leaving for your punishment to go down in tiers.
