I tried to log onto League today and I saw that I was permabanned for third party programs/scripting. I have never scripted before or used third party programs... unless the likes of discord overlay and overwolf overlay are ban worthy. I have submitted a ticket to riot but I'm scared that they won't review my case and just write it off as scripting.

There was a problem with the recent ban wave, they acknowledged it and pardoned some people (myself included). Keep at it. It's irrelevant to me, but if you're guilty don't bother wasting your time.

Wait? There WAS a problem? I'm not perma'd, nor have I EVER been. However, I recently got my fiance playing with me, and let me tell you he's not the best player lol. I'm level 30, so when playing with him I got put into some matches with lower levels, which ALSO resulted in some of those lower levels being BOTS. God, I had never experienced bots before and I couldn't believe it! It was so obnoxious for half of your team in an ARAM to be bots, or the enemy team in 3s to be bots...
ANYWAY. He is not good with computers in any way shape or form, and he normally played with me only at night after I put our son down to sleep.. I had gifted him the Warring Kingdoms Garen skin, and a few others he liked (regardless of his playing ability), and he was thrilled and REALLY getting into league.
He got to level 28. I remember one game he was playing Morg and got lucky with like two skill shots on a Vi who then said "Nice script Morg, reported" But I KNOW one report especially a FALSE report couldn't get him banned?
His match history is atrocious. Sometimes he did awesome in an ARAM like 18-5-11 with Kayle or something, then one of his more recent games was 3-15 with Ryze.
I thought "Perhaps they also thought he was a bot due to how strange his gaming patterns look?"
I don't know, but he sent several tickets in once logging in a week later and seeing that he had been perma banned.
They told him they couldn't tell him WHAT they caught him doing, and that they were however SURE in all of their permabans. They then locked his ticket, and he opened another. This one they were a bit more firm and harsh with him and proceeded to close that one too, so he gave up.
If you could show me where Riot admitted to this mistake I would be very happy.
