I intentionally fed a game that had a trolling teemo top. I had a 14 day ban a few months ago so I guess the next step was the perma ban? How can I get my account back? I haven't inted since the 2 week ban. This game was a lost cause (16-2 by like 10 mins or so) and teemo was flaming and trolling so i decided to int. Is a perma ban truly justified here?

Yes ..100% justified... ..the fact that you even need to post this .....double facepalm
Inting isn't a once-in-a-while privilege. You took it upon yourself to deliberately ruin a game for 8 people based on the actions of the ninth, and you had no right to do that. The fact that this is at LEAST your second inting game means you shouldn't be allowed to play any more.
You don't deserve your account back bud. You are the type of behavior that needs to be banned. Hopefully they get that Teemo next.

You dont. Riot never reverses Permabans that were done with good reason. You inting a game is a good reason to get banned. Since you recently had a 14 day ban, you're next step was perma. Thats how it works
Intent feeding of the type you did (I found the game) is automatic worthy of a ban. There is no excuse for that type of play. Since you already had your 14 day, the next one is perma.

How can I get my account back?
here's what you do:
you bury a container of ritual items, including a photograph of the summoner you wish unbanned, graveyard dirt (signifying your toxic demeanor), a black cat bone (signifying your flaming ), and yarrow (signifying the wish to change your evil ways) at the center of a crossroads at midnight on the night before the new season starts and then you wait for about an hour for Phreak to show up in a limo and personally unblock your account all the while moving to the rythm of Despacito while chanting the lyrics in a cultist manner, occasionally raising your hands towards the moon and yelling "Faker! Thy will be done!"

ya. what's even worse is that you were probably toxic to him as well and probably flamed/harassed him. If that's the case then you weren't banned for inting, you were probably banned for your toxicity.
You should check your chat-logs. And if you don't have them, then message riot for them.
