No reason for me to have a suspension time.

I recently got in trouble for dodging a game because someone was trolling in our ranked queue and picked thresh ADC. Why does that even happen? Im going to get a suspension timer because someone else decided to troll and I didn't want to lose the game and LP? That just doesn't make any sort of sense.
